A simple recipe for when you have guests over, but want to stay low-carb!
Cut slices of cheddar cheese. Cut a slit into the top of each piece of sausage and stuff with cheese. Wrap the sausage with bacon and hold the bacon in place with toothpicks. Bake at 325 F until the bacon is cooked (about 25 minutes) and then another 5-10 minutes in the broiler to crisp everything up.
