Low Carb Cheesy Garlic Flatbread (less than 2G net carbs)

This recipe makes 2 servings of under 2g net carbs, or one huuuuge serving (pictured below) of 3.7g net carbs. 
Ingredients:
1 egg
3 tbsp cream cheese
3/4 cups flaxseed meal
1 tbsp MRM unflavored whey
1/4 cup pea protein
1 tsp baking powder
2.5 cups mozzarella cheese
2 tbsp garlic powder (this is where most of the carbs some in)

Directions:
Beat the egg with the cream cheese. Mix the flaxseed meal, whey, pea protein, and baking powder. Melt 2 cups of the mozzarella (microwave words) and add all the already used ingredients to the cheese. Roll out the dough and cut into strips of your preferred size. Season with the garlic powder and sprinkle on the rest of the mozzarella cheese. 

Bake at 400 F for 10 minutes, then another 5 minutes on the top rack.
